DuraSteel Blast walls have been tested to combat
terrorism. A DuraSteel wall constructed to specific
requirements can protect from an air blast and glass
fragments created from the detonation of over 440 lbs of
TNT at a distance of 22 yards. |

DuraSystems has added a new product to our vast
line of fire protection. DuraWall is a steel
faced composite panel system that provides fire
protection and impact resistance. These great features
combined with ease of installation make for an
economical solution.

DuraDuct:
DuraSystems DuraDuct products have been installed in
some of the world’s most high profile projects. These
include: London’s famous Canary Wharf and
Jubilee Subway extension, Toronto’s Canada Life Office
Tower and Ottawa’s Department of National Defence
Headquarters.

Installations:
DuraSystems products have been installed in subways and
tunnels to protect against fire and terrorism.
One
of the largest DuraSteel installations in the world is
in Heathrow Airport’s new Terminal 5. Over 1 million
square feet of DuraSteel has been installed to date.

Continuous Improvements:
DuraSystems works with our clients to provide the
protection they need. Recently, DuraSystems in
conjunction with Apotex, a large pharmaceutical company,
developed an enclosure to protect dust collection
separators from blast damage. |

Testing:
DuraSystems Duct products have been tested at South
Western Research Laboratories (SwRI) for it's ability to withstand
blasts
equivalent to over 9 lbs of C4. Protect your people

The
DuraBarrier
DuraSystems recently launched a new pre-engineered
modular barrier, designed to protect people and
property. DuraBarrier has been recognized by FM Global
as an exterior transformer separation and will help
prevent the spread of fire.
Fire, Blast, Moisture &
Impact Resistant
Each DuraBarrier is constructed to be completely pre
engineered, modular and assembled in the field by way of
fasteners. Our DuraBarrier module is Fire, Blast,
Moisture, and Impact resistant. |
